The video frames the pennsylvania senator and republican, Dave McCormick giving a speech during a nation-wide AI Summit organized by Carnegie Mellon. The other frame features a student protestor, filmed simultanouely in the summer of 2025, protesting the presence of tech and political elite on campus. The work swaps the audio of one for the other.
